Weekday Activity
Average transaction count and fees per block, grouped by UTC day of the week
Short ranges plot one point per block, about one every ten minutes. Longer ranges plot one point per day, computed from every block in that day. How it is computed depends on the chart: some average, some total the day up, some are a ratio of the day's sums, and each chart says which. Either way a brief spike inside a day is smoothed away.

About this metric
Definition
Whether the chain has a working week. Transactions and fees averaged per block and grouped by UTC day, which is the simplest way to ask whether human schedules show up in on-chain activity.
How it is measured
Averages per block within each UTC weekday, over the selected range. UTC rather than any local time, so a pattern driven by one region's working hours is smeared across the boundary rather than aligned to it.
Measured from my own Bitcoin node. Methodology
