Output Type Breakdown
Legacy vs SegWit vs Taproot as a percentage of all outputs
Short ranges plot one point per block, about one every ten minutes. Longer ranges plot one point per day, computed from every block in that day. How it is computed depends on the chart: some average, some total the day up, some are a ratio of the day's sums, and each chart says which. Either way a brief spike inside a day is smoothed away.

About this metric
Definition
Output types as shares of every output in the block, which is the widest denominator any share chart here uses. The coinbase transaction is the one exclusion, and the residual band carries everything else that is not native SegWit or Taproot.
How it is measured
Three bands over every output: SegWit v0, Taproot, and the rest. The third absorbs OP_RETURN, P2SH-wrapped witness outputs, bare multisig and anything unrecognised, which is why it is labelled Other outputs and not Legacy.
Measured from my own Bitcoin node. Methodology
